Background & Experience

IC Property Group is founded on experience, consistency, and a pragmatic view of commercial real estate. Joe leads the company, contributing military training, business studies, and years of sector expertise. He served in the United States Navy during the Persian Gulf Conflict, an experience that shaped his work ethic and attention to detail.
Joe joined the commercial real estate business in 2001 after obtaining a degree in Marketing and International Business from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. He started with Lee and Associates, where he promptly made a name and became a Partner and Shareholder. He subsequently served as Vice President at NAI Capital before leading his own company, providing full real estate solutions.

What We Do

Our business hub is in Southern California, where we have developed strong working relationships across various sectors. We collaborate with property owners, tenants, investors, developers, and businesses, offering services for a broad spectrum of real estate needs.
We are also involved in property sales and leasing, 1031 exchanges, landlord and tenant representation, site acquisition, build-to-suit projects, land development, and real estate consulting. Additionally, we have a solid understanding of finance and financial analysis, which helps the customer navigate loan structures and make wise choices.
The difference in our approach is how we remain involved. We do not just participate in a single aspect of the process- we take clients through the initial planning phase all the way to implementation and further by ensuring that each decision made is supported by experience and market knowledge.
