IC Property Group (ICPG) was established in 2011. Since, the company has been providing valuable commercial real estate consultation and services throughout Southern California to private and institutional investors. JOE INGRIN
Joe Ingrin served in the United States Navy, and participated in the Persian Gulf Conflict during the Desert Storm and Desert Shield Operations. He graduated from California State Polytechnic University of Pomona with Bachelor of Science Degrees as a double major in Marketing and International Business.
Joe’s comprehensive 20+ years career in commercial real estate includes brokerage with Lee & Associates and NAI Capital – Commercial Real Estate Services. His geographical concentration has been in the Southern California Market since the start of his commercial real estate career. He has extensive knowledge and experience working with private and institutional investors, tenants, developers, lenders, distribution and manufacturing companies. Core experiences encompass sale/leaseback, leased investments, 1031 Exchange, landlord and tenant representation, site search and acquisition, build to suit projects, land development, asset management, financing and real estate consultation.
